This machine mainly use filling butane gas cartridge. Can complete gas filling and sealing in one working table. The two machine are combine control,simultaneously working.We can customized a “double gas filling system”to increase the filling speed. Water bath testing tank can use with this machine to ensure safety working. Our fully-automatic gas filling line can reach 30000pcs/day,it is the advanced type in China.

The machine is safe and reliable ,maintained conveniently. The mainly part uses PTFE seals and 316L stainless steel. It is sealing with high quality for adopting oriented-sealing; The way of the oriented inflation in the charging end is accurate and efficient with minimal gas consumption.
It is applicable to fill with Propane, Butane, Freon, Dimethyl Ether (DME), Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Oxygen, compressed air and 134a. In addition it fit for all kinds of valves.
